Return and Exchange Policy

All kytū branded apparel items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your package whether it's for return or exchange.

All items must have ALL original tags and labels still attached. 

All items must be unwashed and unworn.

Any decorated goods through our services are not able to be returned. We send a sample image on sample fabrics, then following approval, send samples on the desired items. This is to ensure that the items are to your liking. Also, as industry standard, please allow a 2-4% "misprint" rate in case of machine error.
